William Craig
William Craig, a Washingtonian by birth, is a seasoned professional with 12 years of experience in promoting community living and enhancing health among residents. He has a proven track record in developing and executing community outreach initiatives, particularly in educational and youth empowerment settings. Currently, William serves as the Boys Head Basketball Coach at John R. Francis Education Campus in Northwest DC and holds a USA Basketball Gold Certification for Head Coach. He is actively involved with The LBE Academy and the LBE ELITE AAU Team.

Vice President/Co-Founder
Antonio Beard
Antonio Beard is a born and raised Washingtonian. Dynamic and highly respected executive leader with over 7 years of experience fostering community development, brokering strategic relationships, and driving impactful initiatives. As Vice President and Co-Founder of Lead By Example Foundation, Antonio was recognized for exceptional leadership in empowering communities, building partnerships, and inspiring action through a people-first approach. Known for balancing strength and approachability to create lasting, meaningful connections that drive systemic change and collective success. Antonio serves as a Board Member of Beat The Odds Global, a non-profit organization, while also leading community engagement and strategic partnerships for Rise IPL Maryland and Impact Humanity. He believes that the LBE movement is bigger than himself and feels grateful to contribute to something that will be here for his son to take over when he's gone. Antonio is the change he wants to see, will always help those in need, and looking forward to changing the narrative not only in the inner-city streets of DC but across this country and the world.

Artist/Professional Basketball Trainer/Co-Founder
D'Vauntes Smith Rivera
D’Vauntes Smith Rivera was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he played high school basketball and served as a coach at North Central High School. He completed his high school career at Oak Hill Academy in Virginia. As a Skills & Player Development Coach and a proud graduate of Georgetown University '16, he is a decorated alum of the Hoyas basketball program. D’Vauntes is dedicated to passing on his knowledge and experiences from his playing days to help develop the next generation of basketball players and leaders. He currently works as a skills coach for West Coast Basketball in Simi Valley, California, an organization affiliated with the Junior NBA.
