
"Be-isms" is an innovative program by Lead by Example Nonprofit aimed at young males aged 10-24. The name "Be-isms" plays on the word "mannerisms," reflecting our mission to teach boys essential life skills, including manners, confidence building, self-respect, respect for others, workplace navigation, and personal authenticity. The ultimate goal is to help participants discover their inner king.
Program Objectives
1. Manners and Etiquette
Teach boys the fundamentals of good manners and social etiquette.
2. Confidence Building
Equip participants with the tools and techniques to build and maintain self-confidence.
3. Self-Respect and Respect for Others
Instill a deep sense of self-respect and the importance of respecting others.
4. Workplace Navigation
Provide guidance on navigating the workplace, including professional behavior and communication skills.
